We offer a complete solution for call shops. If required, we can supply the VoIP hardware to connect to your booth telephones.
Our web based Booth Management system is available to all of our call shop customers at our special CallShop rates. The system automatically detects the booths at your call shop and offers you a separate web page for each booth. Each page shows you the call in progress in the booth, and the calls that have recently been completed. When your customer has paid, you can clear the list of completed calls and reset the charges due on the booth to zero.
Our calls are sent to multiple international carriers using own own TDM gateways in London. This assures you of the high available and good audio quality that your customers demand.
With VoipHouse, you will use Voice over IP (H.323 or SIP) for call completion. We are able to supply a high quality gateway to you that you can connect to standard telephones in your calling booths and to an Internet connection. Of course, you do not have to buy hardware from us to use VoipHouse in your call shop. We support a wide range of H.323 and SIP compliant devices.
